The Salon you Love to come Home To.
We have been proudly serving our clients in Tulsa since 2017. Our goal has always been to provide the very best quality and latest trends in hair style & design, but we also want our salon to be an environment that both our clients and stylists love to be in.
We like to think of ourselves as the “salon you love to come home to” because it’s a judgment-free zone. No matter what you are wearing or what you have on your mind when you come in, we want you to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, confident, and with a style that makes you look and feel amazing.

Owner + Master Stylist
Jen graduated from Clary Sage College in 2011. She is certified with Habit salon in hand-tied extensions, Hairdreams Fusion extensions, Hotheads Tape extensions, and is a Kevin Murphy Color Me Gold Key Educator.
“I went to a salon here in Tulsa my senior year of college as a hair model & LOVED the entire experience. I thought this is what hair should be. There were different times in my life I would cut or color my friends’ hair, but I never thought it could actually be a career.”
Although Jen had already graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2006 with a marketing degree, her experience at this salon-inspired her to enroll in Clary Sage five years later, and she’s never looked back. Today, she is the owner of Crowe’s Nest Salon, and specializes in hair extensions, balayage color, & wedding hair styles.
“The best thing about being a stylist is getting to be a part of my clients’ lives. The salon feels like my second home (because it is), and I love the girls here! They make it such a fun place to work. We have the best clients and I feel so lucky that I get to make people feel good and look good as a career.”
When it comes to icons in the beauty industry, Jen has a few that have shaped her career. “Kevin Murphy, for creating an incredible product & color range. Guy Tang, for being a leader in the balayage revolution! Lacie Wehrle, for teaching my first real balayage class. And Chrissy Rasmussen and her salon Habit, for creating beautiful hair extensions and braids.”
When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find Jen spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves to shop, do yoga, and travel. Fun fact. She has played classical piano since she was seven years old, so she’s basically Beethoven.
Alli has a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications, and she later graduated from Broken Arrow Beauty College’s Pivot Point Program in Cosmetology.
“I always loved hair and saw it as a great opportunity to be creative. It’s also a great way to be social and be around people all day!”
Alli has been a stylist for nearly 12 years, and she specializes in short haircuts, and loves when her clients come to her with requests for fun, wild colors. “Because I love working with wild colors, I rely heavily on our Kevin Murphy Re.Store treatment. It’s awesome because it keeps everyone’s hair soft and salon-fresh!”
“I love being a stylist because it’s an honor to be so closely involved in people’s daily lives. Whether it’s a happy occasion like their wedding day or a time of sadness when someone they love has passed. You get to know them and what’s going on in their lives, and it becomes a very special relationship.”
What Alli loves about working at Crowe’s Nest is the team approach. “We always are working as a team, and are looking to help one another better themselves, whether it’s as a stylist, or simply as a person.”
For beauty inspiration, Alli looks to fashion icon Betsy Johnson. “I love her because she’s quirky and creates things out of whatever is inspiring her at that moment! She’s always changing and always crazy fun!”
When she’s not styling hair, you can find Alli spending time with her husband and two children. Her other great passion is singing. “I love to sing! Whether it’s just behind the chair at the salon, or on stage at my church, it brings me so much joy.”
Madison recently graduated from the Academy of Hair Design, and is excited to be starting her career at Crowe’s Nest.
“I have always loved doing hair and it was important to me to really enjoy what I chose for a career. My ‘Mammaw’ was a stylist for 40 years and I have always strived to be just like her.”
Madison’s areas of expertise are special event styling and blowouts.
“I love being able to transform someone’s style just by giving them a fresh cut, or completely changing their look with new color.
“A quote I love is ‘A girl that changes her hair is about to change her whole life,’ and being a part of that transformation is so inspirational to me.”
For hair inspiration, Madison loves Chrissy Rasmussen, owner of Habit Salon. “I love following her on social media. She has some of the best braid tutorials and I love seeing all her clients’ transformations!”
When she’s not styling hair, you can find Madison spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs. “Kopper is a basset hound and beagle mix, and Rick is a pit bull, and they are the sweetest little babies ever!”
