Our Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us; it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and for that reason we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the requested service appointment. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the requested service appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed completely, and clients on the cancellation list miss the opportunity to receive services. Reminders are sent 72 hours in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
